This business was first in California and is now in Tennessee. Why? Because that is where their daughters and grandchildren live.  

Collectively, Brad and Linda have worked in residential and commercial real estate for over 60 years. Linda is a successful realtor, having worked with hundreds of clients and having sold hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate. She is consistently named an industry top producer. Prior to her career in real estate, Linda was a teacher which explains her enthusiasm for sharing the ins and outs of the real estate process with her clients to ensure they experience a successful transaction. 

Having an accomplished career in commercial real estate development with his own construction and consulting firm, Brad brings a unique perspective to the real estate market. He has extensive experience negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts. He has managed over $435 million in projects that include pre-construction planning, construction management, and the completion of the projects. This, combined with a deep knowledge of the complexities of land use, gives their clients a greater understanding of underlying value to maximize their investment.
